Salmon Wellington is made with fresh Norwegian Salmon, wrapped in a light and flaky puff pastry. Inside, a creamy blend of spinach and cream cheese is complemented with a mushroom duxelle. Served with a creamy white wine and tarragon sauce and a side of garlic mashed potatoes.

This serves 8-10 people.
