WHO? 誰? QUI?

The Chinoiseries is us—a French and Singaporean food-obsessed couple. Our story started in our own kitchen, a humble "East-meets-West" home where we love nothing more than cooking up a storm, hosting friends, and sharing good wine and rum over a packed table.

It all began from Mr's time in the fine food industry, where he had the chance to work with wonderful ingredients imported straight from Europe. We experimented, turning our kitchen into a playground. Our little Mademoiselles grew up tasting it all—their first bites were anything but ordinary, and now they’re proper gourmands just like us.

What started as a passion for cooking for family slowly became a shared joy with friends. We loved introducing them to the European-influenced dishes we’d perfected. Their "wows" and "you have to open this to everyone!" nudged us along, until we finally decided to spread the joy beyond our dining room.

Because at the heart of it all, we believe that food is what brings people together.
